The First General Conference (MUBES-I), Tarutung, 24-26 October 2003:
- Determine the name of the activity: First General Meeting: The United World Cummunity of Siraja Lumbantobing (PPSLB SeDunia).
- The General Meeting will be held every 4 (four) years in Tarutung.
- Selecting, appointing and inaugurating the General Chair elected by the Pangitua namarompu-ompu.
- The inauguration was held at the closing of MUBES-I, after the Great Service on Sunday, October 26, 2003.
The Second General Meeting (MUBES-II), Tarutung, 7-9 December 2007:
- The Chairman was re-elected by acclamation
- Vice Chairman: Drs. Bohal Lumbantobing
- General Secretary: Drs. Maringan Lumbantobing, MM
- General Treasurer: Ny. Lince Berliana Tampubolon br. L. Tobing
- The inauguration was held after the Great Service, Sunday, December 9, 2007.
- The main task is to complete the Daily Governing and Head of Divisions as soon as possible.

Career
Professional
Worked in the Pharmaceutical Industry for more than 32 years. Started his career as a Medical Representative at the American company, Alcon Universal, in July 1973.
Then joined the British company, PT.Burroughs Wellcome Indonesia as a Sales Trainer in August 1979 and held various managerial positions in sales and marketing for more than 16 years. His last position was Pharmaceutical Division Manager until July 1995.
In August 1995, he joined the American company PT. Pfizer Indonesia as Pharma Divisional Director and Board of Director. Retired in January 2006.
Humanitarian and Social Services
From October 2007-September 2014, he worked as Country Director for Indonesia, Smile Train Inc, New York, USA providing free cleft lip surgery services with a total of more than 42,000 free operations.
Together with the Raja Amandari Sabungan Lumbantobing Foundation, provides scholarships/Amandari Student Award to SD-SMP-SMA/SMK students and STAKPN students (now IAKPN with outstanding achievements and awards/ Amandari Teachers Award to exemplary teachers in Tarutung Tapanuli Utara, North Sumatra.
